Sometimes the best thing to do is breathe. When life has you stressed out, just stop. Enjoy the quiet and breathe. I love turning everything off and just taking in the sounds of the world around me. I challenge you this week to sit outside, a back bedroom, or a yoga mat and just center your mind to what is important. Enjoy the quiet. Give yourself just a few minutes of time to yourself and the world around you.
