Day in Our Life

This is just a snap shot of our day in a life. Our kids have actually been dealing with Hand Foot and Mouth disease. A common illness for kids 5 and under. Their case was mild, luckily. We decided to get out of the house and since we can’t be around other people, because they are still contagious, we heading out on a walk and to the river.

Also, I am Ellie, a nutritional therapist.
