This is a great chart to help you remember how much your little one should be eating and going to the bathroom. Keep in mind that these are estimates–not hard fast rules. There are a lot of reasons why a baby would fall outside of this chart.
Many babies may cluster feed, not poop daily, and go through periods of eating less or more. Always talk to your pediatrician or health care provider. It is recommended that you keep track of this for the first few weeks. Write it down on a piece of paper or on your phone and give it to your doctor during your first few appointments. They WILL ask about this and when you are sleep deprived it will be hard to remember.
